MotorStorm developer Evolution Studios may be gearing up for a reveal of some kind on February 20 – day and date with Sony’s planned PlayStation Meeting.
That’s at least according to Twitter tease by game director Paul Rustchynsky, who wrote “10 days!” on Sunday. That lines up neatly with the Feb. 20 meeting in New York City, where it is expected the PlayStation 4 will get its official unveiling.
Further evidence that the studio may be gearing up for a reveal comes via the LinkIn profile for design director Simon Barlow, which confirms he has been working on a ‘AAA first-party exclusive’ since March 2011.
Evolution Studios’ last major console title was MotorStorm: Apocalypse for PlayStation 3, which was released two years ago. The company has been churning out off-road racing titles since day one, with the original MotorStorm being a launch title for the PS3.
The company also launched the stripped-down MotorStorm: RC for PlayStation Vita and PS3 last year.
