Is Football Manager 2021 Coming To PS5 And PS4?
Currently, Football Manages 2021 is not set to come to PS5 or PS4. The reason given for this by Sports Interactive’s Miles Jacobson is that
“To make games for a platform, you need a devkit. To get a devkit, the platform holder has to want the game on the platform. We spoke with Sony, we have no devkits. We spoke with Microsoft, they sent them to us. There are limited dev kits available. They prioritise games they want on their platform.
Therefore, it doesn’t mean that Football Manager 2021 is not set to come to PS5 or PS4 in the future or any of the future iterations, but right now Sports Interactive doesn’t have the capability to develop for PS5 and PS4 due to a lack of dev kits.
