The official Puzzle Quest 3 press blurb mentions ‘additional platforms’ outside of PC and mobile, so we can safely assume that PS4 and Xbox One will at least see the game. PS5 is possible too, but we imagine PS4 is definitely in for a chance.
Exact platforms haven’t been confirmed yet, but we’ll keep you updated!
