Kena: Bridge of Spirits is out now for PS4 and PS5, although it seems that players on Sony’s last-generation console are experiencing a major issue when putting on the Tora Mask.
As reported by a user on Reddit, using the mask appears to render it impossible to remove, locking the game in a first-person perspective and essentially breaking the game. For those unaware, the Tora Mask is necessary to progress in the story, so it’s not something you can miss out on.
Interestingly, the bug hasn’t been found in the PS5 version of the game (at least not at the time of writing), and right now the only way of fixing it appears to be reloading your save file. Hopefully developer Ember Lab is already aware of the problem and is working on a fix, as it’s not exactly an inconsequential niggle.
Kena: Bridge of Spirits is now available for PS5, PS4, and PC.
