Konami announced today that that Zephyr: Rise of the Elementals is currently in development for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and the Wii. If you’ve ever wanted to harness the destructive powers of a tornado, you’ll finally get your chance in this new game from developers Loose Canon Studios.
Like Katamari, the more you destroy, the bigger the tornado will grow. The game will provide expansive sandbox type gameplay and real time destruction. Konami promises “strange and unexpected” items for you to destroy.
Cooperative multiplayer will allow you to double your destructive power.
The game is set for release in North America this fall.
