Hangar 13 has announced that Mafia: The Omertà Collection is out today for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S, featuring Mafia: Definitive Edition, Mafia II: Definitive Edition, Mafia III: Definitive Edition, and Mafia: The Old Country Definitive Edition. Plus, the version Mafia: Definitive Edition offers 60 FPS and various technical improvements.
The first Mafia game takes place in Lost Heaven 1930 and sees Tommy Angelo rising through the ranks of local mobsters during the Prohibition era, while the sequel follows war hero Vito Scaletta in 1943 in Empire Bay, as he works to repay his father’s debuts. To do this, he climbs the family ladder alongside his buddy Joe, committing crimes in return for massive rewards. Mafia III meanwhile is set in New Bordeaux in 1968, and follows Lincoln Clay as he builds a new family to help him take revenge on the Italian Mafia, who killed his surrogate family, the Black Mob.
The latest entry in the series, Mafia: The Old Country, is set in 1904 in Sicily and sees players controlling Enzo Favara as he risks everything to become a man of honor in the Torrisi crime family, following a brutal childhood of forced labor. Man of Honor, the newly-released DLC that also comes packaged with this collection, takes place a year later and sees Enzo tasked with assisting Ennio Salieeri, a man of honor recently out of prison.
Mafia: Definitive Edition and Mafia: The Omerta Collection are now available for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.
