Marathon developer Bungie has released a new update for the shooter for players to download today, which comes with some updates to the game’s C.A.R.R.I Armory. There’s now new Wares available including Deluxe Key Template, Blue Backpack, and Self Revive, as well as changes to existing Wares; for example, Lockbox Key Commendations now cost 7, while Reputation Pack Weekly Stock has been increase to two. You can read the full details in the Marathon update 1.1.0.4 patch notes below.
Marathon was released in March 2025 for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S, and you can have a gander at our full verdict here. Earlier this year, a report claimed that Bungie had spent at least $200 million developing Marathon, and the studio previously stated its intention to support the game for many years with a series of steady improvements. Unfortunately, the game has struggled somewhat to maintain a high user base, with a recent Free Week and the launch of Season 2 failing to stimulate engagement.
