Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Dev Promises More New York & Marvel Landmarks, Including Aunt May’s House In Queens

Insomniac Games has revealed in its San Diego Comic-Con panel for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 that the upcoming web-slinging sequel will inject more New York and Marvel landmarks into its open-world, even going so far as to include Aunt May’s house in Queens for players to visit.

Jacinda Chew, Senior Art Director on Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, had the following to share:

Not only does it increase the gameplay space, so there’s a lot more places for you to swing to, but it also has some really cool Marvel landmarks as well as New York landmarks. For example, I know in Queens, everybody has wanted to visit Aunt May’s house, and perhaps see where Peter lives. I know a lot of fans had wanted to interact with that space, so to just be able to walk in and see where he lives is incredible.
