Electronic Arts has released a dazzling new Mass Effect Andromeda screenshot for your viewing pleasure. Sadly, that’s all you’re getting in terms of new images, but it’s definitely a showpiece for the game’s stunning Frostbite 3-powered visuals.

Mass Effect Andromeda is currently in development for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One and is scheduled for release in early 2017. While an exact launch date has not been confirmed, the game will be out by March 31, 2017.
The game was recently showcased during Sony’s PlayStation Meeting in New York City last week, where the game was running on the new PS4 Pro. Despite the enhanced resolution, the game will boast the same frame rate on both versions of Sony’s flagship console.
More info on the game is expected to drop in November during BioWare’s annual N7 Day celebrations.
Mass Effect Andromeda introduces a brand new protagonist in the shape of Riley, and takes place after the events of the original trilogy in a separate galaxy. The game also sees the return of the Mako to facilitate exploration of uncharted planets, which was last seen in the first Mass Effect.
