Sony’s Media Go service is getting an update today designed to enhance the free PC software. Users in the US with a registered PlayStation Network account can download PlayStation Store content onto their PCs, and transfer the content to their PSP.
Update 1.40 allows Media Go to queue up multiple items for download from the PlayStation Store at one time. You can also download games and entertainment content to your PC without having your PSP connected (excluding Themes). Also, your downloaded content will be transferred into each category of Media Go for convenient organization and management.
Entertainment content from the PlayStation Store, which includes more than 20,000 TV episodes and movies in SD, can be downloaded for rental or purchase and now played on PC and/or transferred to the PSP.
