Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater has officially been announced during the PlayStation Showcase, following nearly two years worth of rumours.
The trailer didn’t reveal much about the game, but showcased a jungle setting fitting of the original and followed various wildlife until we saw a shot of Big Boss doing what he does being — being stealthy. We’re the given a shot of the official title: Metal Gear Solid 3 Delta: Snake Eater.
That’s sadly all we’ve got to go on right now, but colour us more than a little excited. The original version of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater was released for PS2 back in 2004, and will be included in the just-announced Metal Gear Solid Vol. 1 Collection alongside 1 and 2.
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater has yet to attract a release date.
