The developer behind Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain has hired former 2K Czech and Crytek UK employee Jordan Amaro.
Amaro joins Kojima Productions as a designer on the upcoming open-world stealth-action title. His previous credits include a level designer for an unnamed 2K Czech title and designer on the upcoming Homefront 2.
The exact details of his position on MGSV remain unclear; though it is known he joined the project in March.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is scheduled to ship for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A release date has yet to be announced. A precursor effort, MGS: Ground Zeroes, is also in the pipeline, though again its release remains up in the air.
Stay tuned.
