According to a repot on The Verge, Microsoft has reportedly considered bringing the next Doom game as well as Microsoft Flight Simulator to rival consoles.
The news comes following the format holder’s plans to bring four Xbox-exclusive titles to PlayStation and Nintendo formats, with Hi-Fi Rush and Sea of Thieves included in the lineup. Previously, it was claimed that the likes of Gears of War, Starfield, and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle were also planned to make the jump to Sony’s console.
No final decision has been made regarding the possibility of those games coming to other consoles, but the report says that the new Doom and Microsoft Flight. Simulator could follow the previously-confirmed Xbox titles that are heading to rival formats.

Phil Spencer commented in a recent interview that while he understands why Helldivers 2 isn’t on Xbox, but feels it isn’t good for the industry as a whole. Microsoft also made it clear that Game Pass will remain only on Xbox.
