Domain names have been registered by Ubisoft for the as-yet unannounced Might & Magic Fates, which looks likely to be a new entry in the much-loved franchise.
The French publisher registered the domains mightandmagicfates.com and might-and-magic-fates.com last month, as spotted by Twitter user Kuraksis. This is believed to be linked to the “new Might & Magic AAA game” that is in the works at Ubisoft Shanghai, as confirmed via job listings.
Ubisoft Shanghai is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to companion brand marketing and product marketability of a new Might & Magic AAA game. Under the management of the Brand director, join an ambitious team and help reinvent one of the biggest Fantasy franchise in video game history.
Originally developed by New World Computing, the Might & Magic series first saw release in 1995 with Heroes of Might and Magic: A Strategic Quest, and has seen numerous mainline entries and spin-offs over the years. The most recent instalment in the franchise, Might and Magic Heroes VII, was developed by Limbic Entertainment and released in 2015.
