The PS4 version of 4J Studios’ Minecraft has been once again sent to Sony for final certification following the correction of bugs found in an earlier quality control screening.
It was revealed last week that Sony had sent the PS4 version of 4J Studios’ blockbuilder back to the developer for failing its certification process, lamenting a multitude of bugs that had cropped up during its screening for quality control.
Speaking on Twitter, the developer revealed that the game’s been sent back to Sony for final testing – fingers crossed this time around.
Providing all’s well with this final certification you can expect a firm release date for Minecraft in the not-so-distant future. The game was expected to see an August release but will now most likely crop up at some point in September.
#MinecraftPS4 is back with Sony for final testing. Fingers crossed…
