The annual PlayStation Awards took place in Japan earlier today, with Capcom’s multi-million selling Monster Hunter Portable 3rd bagging the Quadruple Platinum gong.
Other titles that received awards included Final Fantasy Type-0 (Gold Prize, for 500,000+ sales), Gran Turismo 5 (Gold Prize) and Tales of Xillia (Gold Prize). See the full list below.

Furthermore, Sony also awarded cash prizes to those who bagged sale-based awards, with the Monster Hunter team receiving a whopping four million yen.
