Naughty Dog co-president Neil Druckmann has revealed that The Last of Us developer has swelled to over 400 people, up from 300 two years ago.
Druckmann also revealed that Naughty Dog has multiple projects on the go right now, although it’s been known for a while that the studio is juggling many plates.
Speaking during a recent interview, Druckmann revealed that Naughty Dog has now ‘moved on‘ from the Uncharted franchise, despite the fact Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was one of its biggest-selling video games.
In addition, Druckmann said that the company has no problems leaving The Last of Us series behind too, but only if it feels there are no more stories to tell within that universe. Despite this, it’s already been claimed that The Last of Us Part 3 is now in production at Naughty Dog.
Naughty Dog is currently working on its standalone The Last of Us Multiplayer project, which has yet to attract a release date. The studio has described it as its ‘most ambitious‘ game to date.
