New Battlefield Game Is Reportedly Undergoing The Series’ Biggest Playtests To Date

Electronic Arts is looking to avoid another troubled Battlefield game launch by conducting the most extensive playtests the franchise has ever seen for next year’s Battlefield game, according to a new report by Insider Gaming.

Sources close to the website claim that these playtests are happening on a more frequent basis than with previous entires in the long-running franchise, and the amount of data and feedback garnered is the most the Battlefield series has seen to date. This includes smaller feedback sessions to large-scale player tests, and it’s also reported that EA is looking at a possible return for the Battlefield Community Test Environment.
