Insomniac Games has announced that new details on Marvel’s Wolverine will be shared in Spring 2026, which seemingly rules out the game appearing at tomorrow’s State of Play event.
Speaking on the developer’s X account, one fan asked when we can expect more details on the upcoming PS5-exclusive title, to which Insomniac simply responded, “Spring 2026.”
Last week Insomniac Games seemingly hinted that Daredevil would be appearing in Marvel’s Wolverine after it posted a brief clip of the game alongside a caption that had Logan mentioning lawyers. Nothing has been confirmed in regards to Daredevil appearing in the game yet. Beyond that, Sony Interactive Entertainment revealed during its latest financial results that Marvel’s Wolverine is still scheduled to launch during the company’s next financial year, which runs April 2026 — March 2027.
The part of James ‘Logan’ Howlett will be played by actor Liam McIntyre, who said late last year that he’s grateful for all the fans who have added Marvel’s Wolverine to their Wishlist, and is eager to showcase more of the game this year.
