Square Enix released a new English-dubbed trailer for Final Fantasy Type-0 today and expect to see some of it in American cinemas.
A shorter cut of the new trailer will be playing in US movie theaters “nationwide in front of the season’s biggest blockbuster films,” such as this weekend’s The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1. The extended version (viewable below) premiered during an episode of Square Enix Presents featuring Type-0 director Hajime Tabata.
Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is an enhanced port of the critically-acclaimed PlayStation Portable title and will release on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 17, 2015 in North America and March 20, 2015 in Europe. The game will include a playable demo for Final Fantasy XV, which will last 1-4 hours long.
With a more mature story and real-time combat, the Japanese RPG looks to be a return to form for the franchise. Check out the trailer below and tell us if you’re excited in the comments.
