Sony’s Mark Valledor has divulged some tasty morsels in regards to Media Molecule’s future plans for its critically acclaimed social platformer, LittleBigPlanet.
Writing in a post on the Official PlayStation Blog, Valledor confirmed that the company is in the process of working on several new levels for the popular title, commenting, "Yup, new levels have been in the works for a while (but require a lot of testing/fixing/balancing).”
Further posts hinted at the release of a "fairly significant patch" for the title, and that gamers can look forward to "some surprises”.
Valledor remained slightly less forthcoming on when we can expect new Create content for the game, teasing, "VERY soon… biting my tongue soon…"
Hopefully this means we’ll see something before 2009 comes knocking. Stay tuned.
