Developer Hangar 13 has confirmed details on a slew of new story-based Mafia 3 DLC, which will begin rolling out from March 2017.
In total, Mafia 3 will receive three expansions to flesh out the 1960s gangster storyline, titled ‘Faster, Baby’ ‘Stones Unturned’ and ‘Signs of the Times.’ Season Pass holders will be able to download the DLC as part of the package, although for everyone else you’ll have to fork out an as-yet unconfirmed sum of money for the new content via the PlayStation Store.

All three of these story expansions will deliver tight, focused, and compelling narratives, while also introducing new gameplay mechanics, activities, environments and rewards.
Speaking on the first batch of DLC, ‘Faster, Baby,’ Hangar 13’s Narrative Director, Bill Harms, commented: “We were really humbled by the response to the characters and the story in Mafia III, so we wanted to double-down on that as much as possible, while also providing players with different gameplay experiences. Mafia III focuses on the systematic destruction of Sal Marcano’s empire, racket-by-racket, while all of the expansions tell direct, linear stories."
Mafia 3 was released in October 2016 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One. The title was recently patched to include support for the PlayStation 4 Pro, offering 4K resolution gaming for compatible TVs.
