Warhammer 40K: Space Marine II is marked to arrive on PS5 and other current-gen platforms this coming September 9, 2024, and ahead of that launch we just got our latest look at gameplay.
We’ve seen gameplay from Space Marine II before, but this is the first time we get a look at the multiplayer gameplay on offer. Namely the various PvE modes, including the main campaign’s 3-player co-op and 3-player co-op missions, and the PvP mode as a 6v6 battle.
Players will be able to choose from 6 classes to play as an upgrade as they go, and they’ll be able to customize their marine and weapons to their heart’s content.
During co-op missions, also called Operations, players will be fighting the game’s main alien enemies, and in the 6v6 mode called Eternal War, marines will clash spinning saw blade swords in what already looks like will be some epic fights.
