Ni No Kuni 2 release date up in the air
Ni No Kuni 2 is currently around 45 percent complete, casting doubt over the game’s planned 2017 launch window. The game was originally announced during Sony’s 2015 PlayStation Experience event, although little on the sequel has been showcased over the past year or so.
The story follows King Evan Pettiwhisker Tildrum, who teams up with a visitor named Roland to reclaim his kingdom after being booted off of the throne. The sequel once again combines the talents of Yoshiyuki Momose and Joe Hisaishi, who serve as character designer and composer, respectively, to help bring to life Ni No Kuni 2’s rich and memorable game world as players embark on another epic adventure.
Ni No Kuni 2 PS4 frame rate target confirmed
Ni No Kuni: The Wrath of the White Witch was released exclusively on PlayStation 3 back in 2013, and garnered near-universal acclaim from critics, including PlayStation Universe. By March 2013, Bandai Namco Games confirmed the title had shipped over 1.1 million copies worldwide, and picked up numerous accolades from gaming publications.
