Namco Bandai has announced that Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, the PlayStation 3-exclusive PRG from Studio Ghibli and Level-5, will hit PAL territories in Q1 2013.
The publishing giant confirmed that the game’s western release will include English voices and subtitles in French, Italian, Germany and Spanish. You’ll also have the option of listening to the original Japanese voiceovers with English subtitles if you wish.
Level-5’s Akihiro Hino commented:
"We have worked very hard on Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch and it has been a great honour to collaborate with Studio Ghibli and [composer] Joe Hisaishi, so it was important for me that players outside Japan also have the best experience of the game we can give them.”
"To make this possible, we decided to invest the time in localising the game so that as many people as possible across Europe can enjoy the full experience in their own language."
Wrath of the White Witch sees players hopping into the shoes of a young chap named Oliver, who is able to travel between two realities – namely, the real world and the land of Ni No Kuni – thanks to the use of a magical book.
