No Man’s Sky developer Hello Games has released a new update hot on the heels of last week’s Worlds Part II release, which comes with a wealth of fixes for the space exploration title. Among the issues solved including a freezing bug that can happen when playing on PS5 in 120Hz mode, removing visual glitches in the shadow system, as well as ironing out multiple mission blockers that sometimes transpire when using the starship communicator. Hello Games released No Man’s Sky back in August 2016 for PC and PS4, and since then the game has come leaps and bounds over the original launch edition. In addition to rolling out for other formats including current-generation machines, Hello Games has released multiple expansions and free patches that contain a wealth of new content, bug fixes, stability improvements, and more. Worlds Part II is the latest major patch to arrive, and implements new biomes, terrain and heaps more.

- Fixed an issue with a portal in The Cursed expedition Breach Three. The Cursed Redux Expedition has been extended by a week.
- Fixed a number of softlocks where NPC dialogue would fail to render.
- Fixed a number of mission blockers that could occur when using the starship communicator.
- Fixed an issue that could cause the In Stellar Multitudes to become blocked after arriving in the created system.

- Added a refiner recipe to allow the creation of Quartzite from Activated Quartzite and Carbon.

- Fixed an issue that caused solar systems to generated their stellar class letter in an insufficiently random way.
- Fixed an issue that could cause the Nautilon to be launched out the sea when the framerate became low.
