No More Heroes: Red Zone, a revamped version of the quirky No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise, is scheduled release in Japan this summer, according to Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu (via AndriaSang). This isn’t just a simple patch, but a completely new Blu-ray release stuffed with boatloads of new content.
The most notable additional is support for Sony’s waggle-friendly PlayStation Move controller; Red Zone will now be playable with motion controls, like the original Wii release. Five bosses from No More Heroes 2, ten original missions, boss battle and online ranking modes, a "forbidden view" mode, and other bonuses for the first print run will also be included.
The whole package is wrapped up in a shiny CERO Z bow, which is Japan’s strongest unrestricted CERO rating (roughly equivalent to an M or AO rating, 18+). For reference, the Feel Plus-developed Heroes’ Paradise sported a CERO D rating.
No More Heroes: Red Zone is pegged for release on July 21, 2011, priced at ¥3,990 (roughly $48 USD). North American and European release announcements have yet to materialize.
