Young Horses’ eclectic octo-sim – and one of our most anticipated games of 2014 – Octodad: Dadliest Catch, has today received a hilarious new trailer.
The game revolves around Octodad, an octopus-turned-family-man, who must attempt to keep his identity under wraps from his ever-suspicious family by partaking in a whole manner of common activities associated with humans.
The trailer goes a great distance in displaying the somewhat unorthodox movements of our cephalo-protagonist, Octodad, has as he tries to circumvent suspicion of his true identity. These movements translate interestingly onto the DualShock 4, and while it takes a time to master the results are no doubt hilarious and intuitive.
Octodad: Dadliest Catch doesn’t have a concrete release date for PlayStation 4, but it looks as if a March launch is most likely. Looking forward to taking the reigns of Octodad? Give us your thoughts in the comments section.
