Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty! – the celebrated remake of 1997’s original PlayStation classic – is set to receive a significant slice of downloadable content in the form of ‘Alf’s Escape’.
Alf’s Escape promises to bring players across never-before-seen areas of the game’s infamous RuptureFarms meat processing plant, lifting the lid of the secret underpinnings of dystopian-esque factory and challenging even the most accomplished of Oddworld players.
And if that wasn’t enough, for U.K. gamers the DLC will be absolutely free for its first two weeks of availability (provided you’ve got an active PlayStation Plus subscription) – with it releasing on August 19/20.
The pricing structure for other regions will be detailed next week at some point.
