Not much is known about Project Offset. It’s only confirmed as a PC game with the intention of a release on “next generation” consoles.
Furthermore, it doesn’t have a publisher yet. However, the developers have started an advertising campaign called A Storm is Coming, which cautiously reveals more about the title. The site runs on unique hits – once the bar is filled a new image will appear, and the hit counter is reset so we have to do it all over again.
