Bandai Namco Online has announced that Blue Protocol has been delayed on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S until 2024, having originally been scheduled to launch in the second half of this year.
The PC version of the game, which is a free-to-play online-RPG, will launch on June 14, 2023 in Japan, and the western release will be published by Amazon Games.
Blue Protocol features cel-shaded visuals and immerses players in an online action-RPG that is described as playing like an anime come to life. Boasting an “immersive and compelling story,” Blue Protocol gives players a huge amount of customisation options to choose from, five unique classes at launch, and much more.

The game takes place in the world of Regnas, which has been brought to its knees by a millennia of conflict and overuse of technology. Blue Protocol is now slated to launch in the west in 2024.
