Blizzard Entertainment’s multiplayer first-person shooter, Overwatch, will launch on May 24, 2016 with an open beta kicking off on May 5.
As an incentive, Blizzard are offering early access to the beta on May 3 for you and a friend if you preorder Overwatch from a participating retailer.
There’s also a couple of different Overwatch editions available, including Overwatch Origins Edition which includes five extra skins and other digital goodies, and the Overwatch Collector’s Edition, which features a Soldier: 75 statue, the soundtrack and a visual sourcebook, as well as everything in the Origin’s Edition.
The announcement of the Overwatch release date was accompanied with the latest trailer which shows the game in action.
