Phantom Blade Zero, the ambitious-looking wuxia action-RPG from develop S-Game, has received 22 minutes of new gameplay footage from a recent preview event, offering a detailed look at its stylish combat in action.

Back in January, reports from numerous Chinese outlets stated that Phantom Blade Zero will take up to 30 hours to finish, with the game offering a hefty 20 hours worth of side activities for players to tackle if they so desire. Meanwhile, boss battles will come in two distinct phases, and S-Game is offering four difficulty settings to choose from: Easy, Normal, Hard, and Extremely Hard.
Phantom Blade Zero sees players following an assassin serving in a powerful organisation known as The Order, who is framed for the murder of the group’s patriarch. Your character, Soul, is injured during the resulting manhunt, although his life is saved by a healer by a cure that will last for 66 days. With Soul’s time limited, players must battle against inhuman foes to seek the truth behind the murder plot before it’s too late.
