Pillars of Eternity will be making its way to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this year in the shape of Pillars of Eternity: Complete Edition, Paradox Interactive and Obsidian Entertainment have announced.
The former PC-exclusive RPG title will ship for Sony and Microsoft’s current-generation consoles on August 29, 2017, and comes complete with the expansions The White March – Parts I and II.
For those out of the loop, Pillars of Eternity plucks inspiration from an number of classic games including Balder’s Gate, Iceland Dale, and Planescape: Torment, with the Complete Edition on PS4 benefitting from an overhauled UI and tweaked control scheme for console users. The game features a comprehensive character creation system, with a diverse lineup of races and classes for players to select from, making for a more personal experience.
