To celebrate one year passing since the launch of PlayStation Plus, the premium subscription service for the PlayStation Network, Sony has detailed its “Welcome Back” offer to tempt new subscribers.
"Starting today, lasting through July 11th, when you purchase a PlayStation Plus 1-year package, you’ll get 3 additional months, and gamers who sign up for the 3 month package get 1 additional month," said Grace Chen, Director, PlayStation Store. The offer also applies to those looking to renew their subscriptions.
Also, if you’re yet to take up the 30-day free subscription to PS Plus which was offered as part of an apology for the recent PlayStation Network down time, then you can still take advantage of the trial period.
Among the goodies currently on offer is entrance to the Uncharted 3 multiplayer beta, over 50 free games and dozens of free DLC items. Go fill your boots!
