All the rumors and scuttlebutt about a subscription-based PlayStation Network service are true. SCEA’s Jack Tretton revealed the all new PlayStation Plus subscription service that will add exclusive content, early demos, free content, auto downloads, with Qore tossed in, too.
Tretton said PlayStation Plus is a “full product offering that will enable you to get more.”
The service will cost $49.99 USD for a full year of service or $17.99 for three months. You’ll also get some goodies thrown in if you subscribe, along with three months of free access.
