PlayStation Vita UMD Passport list missing publisher support

A few weeks ago, we told you about a new initiative that Sony was using to transfer all those UMDs we have lying around to our PlayStation Vitas-to-be. All you’ll need to do is download a special program for your PSP, pop the UMD in, and you’d be able to download a discounted version on the Vita in no time.

Among some of the titles confirmed to appear on the new program are Persona 3, Gran Turismo, and more. Apparently, Capcom, Square-Enix, Sega and Konami have all stated that they will use this program for their games.

However, it seems that the list of partners for the program has a few questionable omissions. Siliconera reports that publishers like Square-Enix, Konami, and Capcom are not present. Does this mean that these publishers won’t be supporting the feature? We hope not.

You can check out the full list of 606 PSP games that are currently planned to appear on the program. What do you think of Capcom, Konami, and Square-Enix not showing their support yet? Didn’t they say they would be?
