Sony Interactive Entertainment has pumped out a new PS5 DualSense controller update for you to download, following yesterday’s latest PS5 system software update.
Unfortunately we don’t actually have any info on what the new DualSense update does, with Sony merely saying that it launched “a new version of the wireless controller device software.” Still, doesn’t hurt to grab it now, eh?
The PS5 DualSense controller is the next evolution of Sony’s long-running DualShock peripheral, which features more immersive functionality including haptic feedback, adaptive triggers and a Create button.

Sony launched the PS5 in the US and UK on November 12 and November 19, respectively, and has got off to a great start, with Sony saying it has given the hardware manufacturer its biggest hardware launch of all time.
A popular reseller has said that the PS5 is outselling the Xbox Series X/S by 2 to 1.
