Japanese sales of Sony’s PS5 have notched up another top week for the format holder this past week, with the console shifting 75,518 units during the period February 13 – 19, 2023.
This latest figure means that the PS5 Standard Edition has now surpassed 2.5 million sales in Japan, and combined with the Digital-Only Edition, the console is nearly three millions sold.
As mentioned, Hogwarts Legacy took the top spot on the software charts, with the game selling 36,958 units on PS5.

Sony announced during its latest financial call that the PS5 has shipped 32 million units worldwide. Things have improved greatly for the system since the stock shortages have become a thing of the past, as the system is now readily available worldwide.
