With most of the PlayStation Network offline, many gamers have been prompted with error codes WS-3432-9 and 8002a10d.
These codes emcompass the general PSN status, but each pertains to the status of the network in their own way.
WS-37432-9 – "PlayStation™Network might be undergoing maintenance or is temporarily busy."
– This code reflects on the status of the network itself.
8002a10d – "You may have some difficulty signing in or creating an account on PlayStation ™ Network. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue."
– This code reflects on your ability to sign in or gain access to the network.
For now, it’s a waiting game as the PSN engineers beaver away at the issues causing this network downtime. A few services such as PlayStation Video and Music are green-lit and readily available, according to the Network Service Status page, and PlayStation Vue access is somewhat tenative, but the rest of the provided services are still offline.
