Quantum Error, the cosmic horror shooter from TeamKill Media, isn’t even out yet on general release (preorder customers got three days early access), but the studio has already revealed on Twitter that part 2 of the planned trilogy is in development.
Speaking in a follow-up tweet announcing that the game had already broke even on preorders alone, the team simply stated, “Part 2 is already in the works.” That’s literally all we know at this point, although TeamKill Media had always saids that Quantum Error was planned as a trilogy.
Quantum Error is due out on PS5 for early access customers on October 31, with a full release due on November 3. The game has been a long time coming, as it was originally announced in early 2020, months before the PS5 was even released. You can read our full review of the game here.
