THQ Nordic and Tarsier Studios have announced that REANIMAL will launch on February 13, 2026 for PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch 2, and Xbox Series X/S.
A playable demo for the game is now available for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S versions of the game alongside preorders, and it’s been confirmed that there will be a Digital Deluxe Edition for $59.99 that includes REANIMAL, its Season Pass, and the Foxed and Muttonhead masks.

Developed by the same team responsible for Little Nightmares and Little Nightmares II, REANIMAL sees players taking on the role of a brother and sister as they go through hell to save their missing friends. Whether it’s by boat or on land, you’ll have to work together and use your wits to overcome the hellish landscape as you search for hope and redemption. Mysterious locations are ripe with their own unique stories to tell, while tension and atmosphere are at the forefront of this unsettling tale.
Tarsier Studios is bringing their unique visual style to bear on a whole host of new twisted monsters and broken, yet resilient, child characters. Fragments of the children’s troubled past have been used as inspiration for their character design, and for the monsters that now torment them.
