Resident Evil 1996 Live-Action Cast Play The Game For The First Time With Hilarious Results

Charlie Kraslavsky, Eric Pirius and Gregory Smith – better known as Chris Redfield, Albert Wesker and Barry Burton in the original Resident Evil‘s live-action sequences – have tried their luck at the game for the first time ever…and the results are amusing to say the least.

You can check out their antics below. From the look of things, Smith seems to be the best gamer, as Kraslavsky and Pirius either got eaten by the first zombie or couldn’t even get their character to walk.

All three actors were only credited by their first names in Resident Evil, and for years this resulted in many fans wondering who they were, what work they had done and attempted to track them down. Over the years most of the live cast were found (Joseph Frost, played by ‘Jason,’ has yet to be located) but Residence of Evil is the first fan effort to bring them together.

And yes, the FMV intro sequence is gloriously cheap and 90s nowadays, but that’s what we love about it. Back in the 90s, this sort thing was never seen before in games, so it was a blast watching it unfold.
