Resident Evil HD Remaster is an enhanced port of the GameCube Resident Evil remake, which was originally released in 2002. Directed by Shinji Mikami, this revamp of the critically acclaimed survival horror title also includes improved sound effects and character models, plus the option for widescreen display.

Capcom has confirmed that the remaster will be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 in early 2015.
