Sony has announced it will release a special Resident Evil 20th anniversary-themed PlayStation 4 model in Japan.
In addition, the format holder is also set to launch a special Umbrella Corps-themed PS4 model to coincide with the shooter’s launch in Japan this summer.
The Resident Evil Special Pack includes the 20th anniversary/Umbrella Corps paint job, a copy of the upcoming Umbrella Corps, unique packaging and a Resident Evil 20th anniversary dynamic theme. The bundle comes in two flavors: 500GB (black or white) and 1TB (black only).
Umbrella Corps is a squad-based shooter in which players engage in heated online multiplayer gunfights set in various locations plucked from Capcom’s Resident Evil franchise. Gamers will also have to contend with various creatures on the rampage, such as Zombies, Cerberus dogs and the Los Ganados.
Umbrella Corps is due out on June 23.
