Rocket League developer Psyonix has celebrated the fifth anniversary of the vehicular footie title with a stats-packed infographic, confirming the title has drummed up over 75 million players worldwide.
Rocket League Hits 75 Million Players
In addition to the millions of players the game has attracted, Rocket League has also notched up five billion matches and players have scored 29 billion goals. That’s some serious numbers right there, although it’s not surprising considering how popular the game has remained.
As far as the last 12 months go, the most popular rocket pass item/car is the Ronin GXT, while the most popular limited tim mode was Heatseeker. In addition, a total of 479,484,357 rocket pass premium tiers were unlocked during the same time period.
Rocket League was released in July 2015 for the PS4 and PC, and arrived on Xbox One in February 2016 and Nintendo Switch the following year. Read our review of Rocket League here.
