Leaker billbil-kun has revealed that Sony Interactive Entertainment is planning to release a PS5 hardware bundle featuring Astro Bot in the US next month.
The report on Dealabs states that the bundle will feature a standard PS5 console with a disc drive, as well as a download code for Team Asobi’s critically acclaimed platformer. The DualSense Astro Bot controller is not expected to be included, however.

No price point has been revealed yet but it is expected it will be accompanied by a price promotion, with Sony positioning it at €474 — 499, and is targeting a release date of around March 13, 2025.
Astro Bot was released in September 2024 for the PS5, and has picked up rave reviews from critics and scooped numerous Game of the Year gongs, including bagging the GotY award from PlayStation Universe. Reggie Fils-time, the former president of Nintendo of America, has saids that Astro Bot ‘almost outdid Nintendo at its own game‘ — high praise indeed!
