SEGA’s upcoming planned revival of Crazy Taxi and Jet Set Radio includes Unreal Engine 5 remakes, according to known leaker @MbKKssTBHz5.
The leaker previously revealed that the new Crazy Taxi game will be a live service title featuring a survival mode that will accommodate up to 100 players. At the same time, they also claimed that a full remake is in production, and it now appears that this will be using Unreal Engine 5, alongside the previously-rumoured Jet Set Radio remake.

SEGA announced back in December at The Game Awards 2023 that it was working on new entries in a number of classic franchises, including Crazy Taxi, Golden Axe, Jet Set Radio, Shinobi, and Streets of Rage. Reportedly, the Streets of Rage game is being developed by a Canadian team and will also see a mobile launch.
The Sonic the Hedgehog creator has not announced anything about remaking Crazy Taxi or Jet Set Radio in UE5 at the time of writing.
