Biohazard Ultimate is reporting that Silent Hill: Townfall, the next chapter in Konami’s ongoing revival of the psychological horror franchise, is set to launch on March 26, 2026.
The date hasn’t been confirmed yet by Konami, but according to the report, the publisher will host a Silent Hill Transmission event later this month, so expect more details there. Interestingly, Biohazard Ultimate also claims we will get the first trailer for Silent Hill Remake during the event, although that sounds a bit shaky considering it’s only just entered full production. Still, we’ll just have to wait and see.

Not much is known about Silent Hill: Townfall at this point, with the game having been announced three years ago during Konami’s Silent Hill Transmission announcing the revival of the franchise. It’s in development at Screen Burn Interactive (previously No Code) and Annapurna Interactive, and is positioned as a spinoff title that focuses on atmospheric storytelling while eschewing traditional combat.
Horror tipster Dusk Golem claimed back in 2022 after the game’s announcement that Silent Hill Townfall is planned to be part of an anthology series, but wouldn’t elaborate beyond that.
