The UK scalper group who reportedly purchased as many as 3,500 PS5s has allegedly sold 2,472 units for a profit, something which it has now sad it has ‘no regrets’ at doing as many of its members were suffering financially.

The Facebook page for the group has now boasted that it’s made over two million in profit to date, having originally worked with reselling sneakers and sportswear. However, a lot of folk are not impressed and have criticised the group for making profit on PS5 when it’s so hard to get a hold of right now.

In a statement, the group said:
Lots of our community have been furloughed, made redundant, or at some form of disadvantage due the pandemic. These people have managed to cover their bills, put food on the table and supply Christmas presents to their children.
It may be unfortunate that a child wont wake up to a PS5 this Christmas, but another child may have woken up to nothing. We have no regrets.
